ProjectNexus Enterprise replaces that with a single structured record: contracts, programmes, documents, instructions, certificates and reports all live in one place, with the same numbering, the same roles and the same audit trail for everyone involved.
Each organization keeps its own private workspace. When organizations meet on a shared project, they exchange only what their role permits — submissions, correspondence, approvals and issued documents — so collaboration never means giving up control of internal data.
