Project management, collaboration, documents, design, delivery, quantities, commercial administration and AI assistance share one record set. Architecture Studio is one capability within it.
Drawings are derived, not drawn twice
The plan, elevation, section and 3D view in the Architecture & BIM tab are generated from one model in your browser. Nothing is a picture; every line is computed.
Measurement traces back to geometry
The quantities table is produced by the same engine that produced the drawings, and each line records the model objects it was measured from.
Contract administration is a governed workflow
Payment certificates, variations, extension-of-time claims, RFIs and instructions move through defined review and approval chains, each step time-stamped and attributed.
Organizations stay isolated
Tenant separation is enforced in the database with row-level security and role-based permissions, so participation in a shared project never exposes internal records.
AI output is advisory and reviewable
AI-assisted proposals are validated against the model and must be confirmed by an authorised professional. Every AI contribution is labelled as such.
Documents are controlled
Versioning, revision history, controlled approval and traceable distribution apply to issued documents, which carry the issuing organization's identity.
What this page deliberately does not show
No customer project, tenant record, document, drawing or figure appears anywhere on this site. The demonstration model is invented for the purpose. Access to the platform itself requires an account within a registered organization.
