One model. Drawings, 3D and quantities that agree.
ProjectNexus Architecture Studio is a browser-based architectural modelling and drafting environment. The demonstration below runs the platform's real geometry engine on a synthetic building — no project data, no account, nothing stored.
Synthetic demonstration model. Not a real project, client or site. Drawings and measurements are computed in your browser from a single model — the plan, elevation, section, 3D view and quantities are all derived from the same geometry, so they can never disagree.
What drives the drawings
Parametric wall fabric
Walls resolve their own corner, T and cross junctions, subtract openings and produce clean cut poché — so plans read like drafted documents rather than overlapping rectangles.
Spaces that follow the model
Enclosures are detected from the wall fabric, classified by use and tagged with live areas. Move a wall and the space, its area and its tag update with it.
Roofs from a single solver
One roof solver drives the plan linework, the elevation height field and the 3D mesh, with per-part materials for covering, fascia, soffit, gutter and dormers.
Levels and vertical reference
Storeys carry datum elevations. Walls, slabs, stairs and roofs resolve their heights against those datums, so a change of storey height propagates through every view.
Views projected, not redrawn
Elevations and sections are projected from the model with depth-aware occlusion. Annotations stay associated with the objects they describe.
Measured quantities
Walling, roofing, openings and finishes are measured from the same geometry that produced the drawings, with the source objects recorded against each line.
Drafting behaviour
The studio follows CAD conventions professionals already rely on: prioritised object snapping (endpoint, midpoint, centre, intersection, tangent, quadrant), polar and alignment tracking, ortho constraint, precision numeric entry, and a full set of modify tools. Line weights follow an ISO pen hierarchy, and hatching is driven by the material assigned to each element.
Drawings are issued at real paper scale onto A4–A0 sheets with title blocks, and the model can be exported for exchange with other tools.
Responsible AI assistance
AI assistance can propose layouts and interpret documents, but proposals are validated against the model's relationship graph and must be reviewed and confirmed by an authorised professional before they change anything. AI output is always attributed as AI-assisted and is advisory only.
Where it sits in the platform
Architecture Studio is one environment within ProjectNexus Enterprise. Design output connects to bills of quantities, procurement, contract administration and reporting, so a change in the model can be traced through to what was measured, ordered, certified and paid.
