What is ProjectNexus Enterprise?
ProjectNexus Enterprise is a cloud platform for delivering construction, engineering and capital projects. It brings contracts, programmes, documents, approvals, site records and reporting into one governed workspace shared by every organization on the project.
Who is the platform designed for?
Project owners and developers, consultants and engineers, main contractors and subcontractors, quantity surveyors, project managers and institutional clients — each working in their own organization workspace on shared projects.
How does multi-organization collaboration work?
Each organization has its own isolated workspace, branding and internal records. When organizations participate in the same project, they exchange only the submissions, correspondence and documents their role permits, while internal data stays private.
What contract administration is supported?
Interim payment certificates, variations, extension-of-time claims, retention, RFIs, site instructions and the associated review and approval chains, each with a complete, time-stamped audit trail.
Can we manage tenders and procurement?
Tender and procurement records — packages, bills of quantities, submissions and award decisions — can be captured alongside the project so that awarded scope flows straight into contract administration and the programme.
How are documents controlled?
Documents are versioned with revision history, controlled approval workflows, searchable metadata and traceable distribution. Generated documents inherit your organization's identity and template settings.
What do the AI-assisted features do?
AI assists with programme drafting, BOQ interpretation, document drafting and summarisation. Outputs are advisory, are attributed as AI-assisted, and always remain subject to professional review and formal approval by an authorised user.
How is our data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per organization using row-level security, and access is governed by role-based permissions with privileged actions recorded in the audit trail.
How do we get started?
Register your organization to become its administrator, then invite your team and set up your first project. Individuals can also create a personal account and join an organization they have been invited to.
